Benefits
There are few levels of access to ClewedIn.com. They are described as:
Guest – Someone visiting the site without registering (Anonymous user)
Guests may:
- only see publicly posted content (includes classifieds)
- not post content
- not see user information
Basic Membership – Free registration
Basic members may:
- add member profile
- add 'My Boat Page'
- Add a Ship Log
- send private messages
- post to forums
- customize 'My Clewedin.com'page
- send and track invitations
- post comments
Premium Membership – Paid registration
Premium members have all the privileges of basic membership and also may:
- add personal Bio
- add Personal logs
- add multiple 'Boat Pages'
- add multiple 'Ship Logs'
- add multiple 'Maintenance Logs'
- participate in and create chat rooms
- post classified ads
Lifetime Membership – Paid registration
Lifetime members have all the privileges of premium membership and also may:
- May add and moderate a Group
- May have a second account for a spouse, crew member, partner, etc
Contributor - by invitation
- add stories/articles
- moderate forums as expert
Custom membership - for groups and organizations
In addition there are groups that members my join. Some groups are open to all registered members, while others require approval. Groups can have both public and private content. Members may request additional groups by contacting the Captain through the site or at captain@clewedin.com.
